Our machinery and equipment are manufactured and designed with ASME regulations section VIII, AWS and ISO, also our mechanic parts are made using CAD-CAM production processes.

Generally, the cooking processes are integrated with machinery, equipment and services, we fully develop the processes to determine in detail all the required components (Pumps, pipes, steam, water, air and electrical requirements), monitoring at all times the optimization of resources, sustainability and the applicable regulation, we also have certified welding processes to guarantee the required facilities
Hellios has developed systems for process control (Automatic and semi-automatic) using PLC Controller that could include touch screens and Lab-View programming, installation of instrumentation for monitoring and control of process variables, same that can be: Time, Pressure, Temperature, Weight, Volume, Among others.
Our engineering area works with ISO standardized parameters, guaranteeing the availability of spare parts and machining necessary for the development of maintenance programs.
We also have an after-sales service department to provide technical support at the time it is required.
